Return & Refund Policy

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund or exchange. Jefferson will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will receive their refund or exchange within 14 working days after the confirmation. Please note that the customer has to bear the return shipping cost or customer can drop by the items at our outlets.



Items to be exchanged, returned or refund must be unworn, unwashed, with the original tags, and with any accessories included. If these conditions are not fulfilled, it will NOT be accepted for exchange or returns.

The company’s decision is final in any exchanges, returns, and refund requests.
